Boughty Canton

Boughty Canton is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in working towards enabling innovation and digital transformation through the channel, product management, business modeling, channel management, market development, and relationship management. He has worked with various leading organizations across the globe and has a proven track record of driving innovation, creating and executing strategies, and delivering sales and profitability.

Having worked in the private equity world and cut his teeth in operations and merchandising for a multibillion-dollar retailer, Boughty developed his skills in creating and managing products and programs, marketing and channel enablement, market development, and business valuation. He obtained his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and further pursued a Certification from the Social Media Academy.

Boughty has worked in the US, Mexico, the Netherlands, Australia, Southeast Asia including India, and is currently serving as the Channel Services Manager at GitLab Inc. He is also known for his past roles as the Group Executive - New Alliances at rhipe, VP of Product & Marketing (Interim) at Mural Consulting, and VP of Products & Programs at rhipe, among others.
