Borja del Regueral is a versatile business consultant and digital transformation expert with over 18 years of experience in diverse projects, from international expansion to shared services center implementation. With a solid background in engineering and an MBA from IE Business School, he specializes in commercial performance improvement, business development, and data science.

Currently, Borja is the Vice Dean of Data Science & Technology at IE School of Human Sciences and Technology, setting up the Digital Technology & Engineering portfolio for a higher education institution. Previously, he worked in BP as Global Business Implementation Lead and Commercial Services Manager, as well as in Iberdrola as Natural Gas & Electricity Regulatory Strategy Advisor and Business Developer. He also co-founded Bordebi, a consultancy focusing on digital innovation and business development.

Borja has a broad education, including a Ph.D. in Mineral Resources, Materials, Energy, and Environment from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a Master's in the Electric Power Industry from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and a Master's in Data Science from Data ScienceTech Institute. He also completed a Competition Law and Enforcement across Countries program at Yale School of Management.
