Boitumelo Motsoane

Boitumelo Motsoane is an accomplished Special Project Manager with diverse experience and extensive skills in Operations Management, Risk Management, Requirements Analysis, Banking, and Business Process Improvement. Motsoane has worked in the financial services industry for several years and has proven her proficiency in these fields.

Motsoane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree focused on Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand. She has also obtained a Diploma in Business Analysis from the Faculty Training Institute, a Certificate in Retail Banking 1 from The Retail Banking Academy, and a Master of Business Administration from the African Leadership University. Motsoane has worked in several positions at Standard Bank South Africa, including Head PBB Customer Resolution Centre, Lead SAP Migration, Value Build and Migration, and Special Projects Manager Africa Regions Operations. She has also worked as a Coach Africa Regions Service Digitization New Ways of Work(NwOw), Production Manager Records and Data Management, and Operations Manager Service Fulfillment. In these roles, she has played a vital role in ensuring operations run smoothly and implementing new technologies and innovative ideas.
