Bobby Samuels

Bobby Samuels is the Co-founder and CEO of Protege, a position he has held since February 2024.13 Protege is a platform that facilitates the exchange of AI training data, aiming to solve one of the biggest challenges in AI development.3

Prior to founding Protege, Samuels had an extensive career in data-related roles:

1. He worked at Datavant from April 2020 to November 2023, holding various leadership positions including General Manager of the Privacy Hub and Head of Talent Acquisition.1

2. Earlier in his career, Samuels worked at LiveRamp, where he served as Team Lead of Technical Partnerships and Special Operations Manager.14

3. He also had brief stints at Bolt in business operations and as a partner at M Street Enterprises.1

Samuels' educational background includes:

• An MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business
• A BA in Economics from Harvard College1

At Harvard, he was involved with The Harvard Crimson, serving as President from January to December 2013.4
