In his role at Unity Partners, Schneider is responsible for driving value acceleration efforts as part of the company's Partner & Propel strategy. He collaborates with the Investment Team throughout the investment process and identifies ways to "Build Better Together" with all of Unity's partners.2

Prior to joining Unity Partners, Schneider worked as a Vice President on the value enhancement team at Summit Partners. There, he focused on identifying and implementing revenue, operational, and infrastructure improvement initiatives. Before that, he was a consultant for Parthenon/Parthenon-EY.2

Schneider's educational background includes:

• BA in Economics with a secondary in Government from Harvard College2

On a personal note, Schneider was born in Japan and moved around as a military child before his family settled in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He played football as a middle linebacker at Harvard, where he captained the team in his senior year. After spending time in Boston and San Francisco, he and his family have returned to Dallas.2
