    Bob 'Pritch' Pritchard, APR, Fellow PRSA, is a retired U.S. Navy Captain turned public relations educator at the University of Oklahoma's Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication.

    With over 25 years of experience as a public affairs officer in the U.S. Navy and more than 20 years in public relations education, Pritch brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

    During his naval career, Pritchard served as the director of public relations for the United States European Command in Stuttgart, Germany, overseeing U.S. military public relations in extensive regions.

    In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Pritch acts as the Faculty Adviser for the Stewart Harral Public Relations Student Society of America Chapter and Lindsey + Asp, the student-operated PR agency at Gaylord College.

    A member of the PRSA College of Fellows, Pritch has been recognized for his contributions to the field as the recipient of the PRSA Outstanding Educator award in 2013.

    His educational background includes a Master's in Public Relations from Ball State University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Phillips University.

    His vast professional experience ranges from being an instructor at various institutions to holding roles like Director of Public Affairs at key commands and serving on national boards for PR organizations.

    Pritch's dedication to public relations education and industry involvement has solidified his reputation as a seasoned professional in the field.
