He is the Founder and CEO of XLR-8 LLC, an Investment & Advisory Company where he leverages his expertise along with a team of skilled professionals to help companies identify weaknesses and improve performance.

During his tenure at General Electric Co., Nardelli significantly increased operating profits for GE Power Systems and later doubled the size of The Home Depot while navigating Chrysler Corp. through financial challenges.

Nardelli has held top positions at various prominent organizations including Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company, Chrysler, The Home Depot, and GE.

He is recognized as one of the best operating executives in the United States and has a proven track record of growing sales and profits for multi-national corporations.

Bob Nardelli has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Western Illinois University.

Currently, he serves on the Board of Trustees of the Savannah College of Art and Design, Cristo Rey Atlanta, and as a Board Director of BWX Technologies, Inc., and has previously been involved with organizations such as Pep Boys and Wounded Warrior Project.
