- Participated in quarterly deep dives into various areas of the company. Identified ~$925K in reversible shrink in addition to identifying root causes of shrink across multiple regions and merchandising categories.

- Created a script to to cut down on time to pull data for research as well as summarizing the results to facilitate easy identification of root causes. Led to a deep dive that resulted in ~$152K in shrink reduction.

- Developed, reviewed, and automated operational dashboards to identify anomalies causing shrink. Worked with our team and cross-functional partners to fix identified issues, reversing ~$1M in shrink.

Senior Business Analyst - Asset Protection Forensics

-Developed an access application to track audit data at an eaches level for the rapid deployment centers.

-Developed an access application to perform accuracy audits and report results for one of the specialty distribution centers.

-Supported and enhanced the application being used to perform audits for the stock distribution centers.
