Bob Foster pursued his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering Technology at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, which laid the foundation for his successful career in the engineering field.

Throughout his career, Bob has held key leadership positions in renowned organizations. He served as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Test Engineering at Ouster, General Manager of Engineering and Operations at Fabrinet, Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at WD (an HGST company), Director of Automation, Tooling, Process Development/Engineering at Read-Rite Thailand, and in various Manufacturing / Quality Engineer roles at Rocketdyne, Seagate, Micropolis, and Terastor.
