Throughout his career, Bob has held key positions in prestigious organizations such as Co-Founder of History Expeditions, Chairman at the Vermont Teddy Bear Company, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The Mustang Group, and President of ITRA - International Trail Running Association, among others.

Bob has also served on the boards of various companies like SOG Knives & Tools, Country Club Enterprises, LLC, Scribe Software, Cascade Lacrosse, MetraTech, and more, many of which are now recognized under new ownership.

Additionally, Bob has held executive roles at companies like Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., Bowstreet Software, Arbortext, Inc., Kenan Systems, CableData/USCS, and American Cablesystems, contributing his expertise in software, business development, sales, and general management.

Outside of his corporate engagements, Bob's passion for mountain endurance running has led him to co-lead the Trail Animals Running Club, reflecting his commitment to both athletics and community-building.
