She has contributed her expertise to MMI Group for large-scale cultural transformations, developed Adaptive Change Framework, enabled strategic agility at Liberty, facilitated customer insight and innovation at Vodacom, conducted narrative-based NPS at Microsoft, and led leadership development programs at FNB. Additionally, she has engaged with various companies like Discovery Health, Nedbank Wealth, Standard Bank, Sasol Inzalo, Sasol Group, Water Research Commission, SANParks, Harmony Gold, among others, in implementing narrative-based interventions, culture mapping, and research projects.

Sonja's academic background in Mathematics, Meteorology, Physics, and Applied Mathematics from the University of Pretoria forms the foundation of her analytical and problem-solving skills.
