Throughout his career, Blair has served as the first non-founder CEO of four organizations, focusing on transitioning towards an executive team-run structure while fostering cultures centered on kindness, purpose, and passion.

With a background that includes roles at Ernst & Young, Nestle, and various entrepreneurial environments, Blair brings a wealth of knowledge on running businesses and the importance of nurturing company cultures.

His educational background features an MBA in Finance & Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
