Blaine Volpe
Blaine Volpe is a professional with a strong background in political science and public policy. They currently serve as the State Caucus Manager at the Millennial Action Project (MAP), now known as Future Caucus, where they work to support millennial legislators in building bipartisan relationships and fostering collaborative governance.12
Blaine graduated from Hofstra University in 2016, earning degrees in Political Science, Global Studies, and Geography, along with minors in International Relations and European Studies. Their academic achievements include conducting research on human trafficking in Romania for their senior thesis, which earned departmental honors.
Professionally, Blaine has held various roles, including positions at Smart Growth America and the National Governors Association. They also have experience as a legislative intern for U.S. Senators Kirsten Gillibrand and Sherrod Brown. Outside of work, Blaine is passionate about international news, hockey, reading, and travel.1
