Bjorn Veenstra is the CEO and founder of CompanyMatch.me, a rapidly growing HRtech company that focuses on improving the quality of hire and saving costs for employers in The Netherlands and Germany.

CompanyMatch.me offers a unique match technology that helps job seekers find employers that align with their personal needs, preferences, and motivators, streamlining the hiring process for both parties.

Veenstra takes pride in serving over 800 employers and has been recognized through various programs and awards, including WebSummit, TNW Conference, Holland in the Valley, and receiving Gazelle Awards in 2017 and 2018.

In addition to his role at CompanyMatch.me, Bjorn Veenstra is also involved as an investor and co-founder at Employer Brand Insights, where he supports HR and Employer Brand Strategies for clients such as Adecco, Philips, Rabobank, and KPMG.

His educational background includes studies in marketing, economics, and business management at institutions like NIMA B, Hogeschool van Utrecht, and Nyenrode Business Universiteit.
