Billy Koontz

Billy Koontz is an individual with a diverse background in law enforcement, electrical engineering, and military service.

He studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the College of Lake County and completed training at the DEA Drug Unit Commanders Academy.

With a strong history in law enforcement, Billy has served as a Captain in the Narcotics Division within the Lubbock TAG, Caprock HIDTA at Lubbock County, and has previously worked as a Police Officer at the Lubbock Police Department and Texas Tech University.

Prior to his law enforcement career, Billy Koontz was an Electrician Mate at the United States Naval Special Warfare Command and a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps.

His experience in various roles demonstrates a well-rounded skill set and a commitment to serving his country and community.
