Dr. Andy Young is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the field of counseling, crisis management, and negotiation.

He pursued his education with a Master's and Doctoral degree in Counseling from Texas Tech University, a Master's degree in Youth and Family Ministry from Abilene Christian University, and a Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Lubbock Christian University.

Dr. Young has held various significant roles in different organizations such as serving as the Coordinator for the Victim Services Crisis Team at the Lubbock Police Department.
