With a Grad. Dip. in Business Administration & Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.Tech in Aquaculture from Flinders University, Bill has a diverse educational foundation.

Currently serving as the Responsible Sourcing Manager for Seafood at Coles, Bill has demonstrated expertise in driving sustainability initiatives in the retail sector.

His previous roles include Sustainability Specialist for Seafood and High-Impact Commodities at Woolworths Group, as well as various management positions at FishWise and Southern Rocklobster Limited.
