Bill Shander

Bill Shander is a prominent figure in the field of data visualization and information design, with over 30 years of experience. He is based in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, and currently serves as the Founder of Beehive Media, a company he established in 1994 that specializes in creating interactive data visualizations, static infographics, and data storytelling animations. His work involves collaborating with a diverse range of clients, including government agencies and major corporations like Starbucks and PwC.124

In addition to his role at Beehive Media, Shander is an Informal Advisor and Volunteer Contributor at the Data Visualization Society (DVS), where he has been active since February 2022. He previously served as Communications Director and was involved with the Nominations Committee.135
