As financing advisor, I help our clients to raise more than $200million by using directly equity transfer, structured financing, subordinated debt, etc. I am responsible for project analysis, modeling, financing plan design, the whole process of business and legal terms negotiation, etc.

As investment advisor, I help our core clients successfully invest in Bytedance, MicroPort CRM, MicroPort, Lytf, SEMDriver and other top-tier projects, with an investment amount of more than $100 million; help our core clients to successfully invest in well-known funds such as Sequoia, Source Code, and 3E Bioventures, with an investment amount of more than $20 million.

During this period, I helped the government financing platform of Xiangtan Jiuhua Economic and Technological Development Zone to close a deal of 500 million yuan.

• Co-responsible for the establishment of wealth management team, and helped the chairman to systematically develop large investors such as family funds, HNWIs. During this period, I helped company to earn  around 5 million yuan consulting commission fee.

• Familiar with over 50 family offices; have good relationship with over 100 large HNWIs/UHNWIs and know their basic needs and preferences.

Mainly responsible for the latest policy interpretation and investment suggestion sharing. Interviewing with target listed companies, analyzing and interpreting research reports from CMS, and forming a complete analysis framework and investment logic on these target companies, and finally sharing with our key clients.

Mainly responsible for providing comprehensive investment plan and wealth management services for HNWIs. During this period, the average monthly increase of my client assets is more than 7 million yuan (top 3 in my department).
