With extensive experience in HR management, Bai is well-equipped to help clients in China with senior leadership recruiting and staffing needs. He studied Administration and Executive Search at Chongqing University, and his career has spanned across industries such as banking, finance, IT, real estate, FMCG, automotive, lean six sigma, consulting, accounting, HR, EE, chemical research, and quality management. Prior to his current role, Bai was a senior executive search consultant/headhunter at HRMight Global Executive Search Company, HR planning manager at Nokia, and HR management at Midea Group.
