Stephen Haigh

Stephen Haigh is a highly experienced executive in the consulting industry, with a focus on strategy consulting. He is currently the Lead for Consulting Partner Search at Investigo Executive in London, where he works on retained and exclusive searches for Partner and Associate Partner level candidates. With over 12 years of experience in strategy consulting search, Stephen has become a trusted career advisor to Partner-level Strategy consultants.

Stephen's expertise includes executive search resourcing and headhunting of Strategy professionals. He has built corporate strategy teams at some of the most prestigious employers in the world, including leading banks, consumer goods firms, strategy consultancies, telecom providers, technology firms, and other blue-chip organizations. His team is highly talented and experienced, with a wealth of knowledge and network to find the strategy talent required.

Stephen has carried out mandates and made appointments within Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, North America, and South America, at Board level and below. His core area of expertise is searching for and hiring Strategy Consultants at all levels, including Partner-level for strategy consultancies, top-tier, second-tier, and boutiques.

Stephen has a BA Hons from the University of Central Lancashire, a GNVQ from King George V College, and studied NVQ Level 4 at Knowledge Transfer Partnership. Prior to joining Investigo Executive, he worked at Strategy Executive Search Ltd, Andersen Steinberg, and ChoiceQuote Insurance Services, amongst others.
