Kevin McCoy is a seasoned footwear development leader with over 20 years of experience across various segments including casual, industrial, performance outdoor, and athletic footwear. He is known for his dynamic leadership, talent development skills, and product expertise that covers the entire product lifecycle from ideation to mass production. With a BS in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston, Kevin has held key positions at New Balance, including Vice President for Made Product Development & Manufacturing, Director of R&D for Global Running, Group Development Manager, Senior Development Manager, and Development Manager.
