Betty Lam has held key positions in various organizations, showcasing her expertise and leadership skills. Currently, she serves as the General Manager and Head of Group E-commerce & CRM at Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited.

In her career journey, Betty has also worked at renowned companies such as PopSquare, DFS Group Limited, Fossil Asia Pacific, Walmart China, Oregon Scientific, and Sa Sa International Holdings Ltd. holding roles such as Advisor, COO, VP, and Senior Director focusing on e-commerce, digital, and business development.
