Betony Kelly is a certified change management professional with over 15 years of experience in delivering cultural and digital transformations. With roots in both PR and corporate communications, she specializes in translating strategy to engage and inspire audiences. Her diverse skill set includes organizational development and design, open policy making, and HR strategy. In addition, she is passionate about developing inclusive cultures and ensuring diversity is seen and heard. Outside of her work, she is a trustee for STAMMA, a UK-based charity for stammering, and enjoys playing the recorder and outdoor swimming.
