Bethany Rubin Henderson

Bethany Rubin Henderson is the Chief Executive Officer of Compass Pro Bono, a national organization that provides pro bono consulting services to nonprofits. She assumed this role on May 16, 2022, following an extensive search process. Henderson is recognized as an award-winning social impact leader with over two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector, where she has established and transformed various organizations.12

• Previous Roles: Before joining Compass, Henderson served as the Network President of America SCORES, where she successfully unified affiliates and positioned the organization as a leader in youth development through sports and arts education. She also held the position of CEO at DC SCORES, significantly increasing its revenue and outreach.12
