Beth Santos is the founder and CEO of Wanderful, a global lifestyle brand and inclusive community for travelers and travel content creators.
Under her leadership, Wanderful reaches over 45,000 women annually through its online network, local events, global summits, and small group trips.
Beth is renowned for launching the WITS Travel Creator + Brand Summit, a premier event for women and gender diverse travel creators, recognized by Forbes as a top event for women.
She has been acknowledged as a Tory Burch Fellow and a Zell Fellow, and has been featured in various publications such as Business Insider, Yahoo!, and Lonely Planet.
In addition to her work with Wanderful, Beth is an acclaimed thought leader, consultant for travel brands, and keynote speaker, collaborating with organizations like Tripadvisor and the Girl Scouts of the USA.
She is also one of the co-owners of Ula Cafe, a community hub in Boston.
Beth holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Art History from Wellesley College.
Besides her professional roles, Beth has been involved in various initiatives and organizations, including co-founding #AtTheTable, a movement supporting female founders.
She is a graduate of Oyster River High School and has studied Portuguese for Foreign Students and Journalism at Universidade de Coimbra.
