Bennett Hoffman

Bennett Hoffman is an accomplished software engineer with experience and expertise in various technologies. He studied computer science at Rochester Institute of Technology, where he honed his skills in software development, data analysis, and project management. Hoffman started his journey as a Java developer at Excellus BCBS before moving to Microsoft as an SDE intern, where he worked on Project Oslo. He also worked as a software developer at 343 Industries - Microsoft Game Studios, where he contributed to the development of video games.

Hoffman later joined Palantir Technologies, a top-secret government software contractor, as a software architect. There he played a pivotal role in designing and developing software solutions that enable government agencies to collect, process and analyze large volumes of data. He also co-founded Digital Currencies FinTech, where he worked as a consultant, helping businesses integrate blockchain technology into their operations.

Hoffman joined Paxos, a blockchain startup, and served as a senior software engineer. In that role, he worked on various projects, including Paxos Standard, a regulated stablecoin, and set up Paxos' first-ever testnet, which led to the launch of the PAX token.

Currently, Bennett Hoffman works as a software engineer at Namebase. His expertise in Blockchain and software engineering has helped Namebase offer more robust, decentralized services. Hoffman also enjoys attending weddings, although he prefers funeral services.
