Benjamin P. Taylor is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in consultancy, coaching, and public service.

He holds a 2:1 in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford and has undertaken various accredited workshops and programs like the Goldman Sachs' 10,000 Small Businesses programme at UCL.

Currently serving as the Managing Partner at RedQuadrant, Benjamin has also been involved with organizations like The Agile20Reflect Festival, Yak Collective, and Operational Excellence Society in different capacities.

With extensive experience in leadership roles, he has been a former Chief Executive at The Public Service Transformation Academy and an Advisory Board Member at the Operational Excellence Society.

Benjamin has also served as Director at Quadrant Resourcing, Trainer at IIR Management Development, and Speaker at The Systemic Leadership Summit, among others.

His expertise ranges from systems thinking and consultancy to public service transformation, evident from his roles at various reputable organizations.
