Benjamin Kuester is a highly accomplished and creative professional with extensive experience in animation, digital video, and innovation design. He has an impressive educational background that includes a degree in Animation from the University For The Creative Arts and a Bachelor Of Fine Arts in Digital Video, Film from Maryland Institute College Of Art. Throughout his career, he has held numerous senior-level positions at top companies, including Allstate and Progressive Insurance.

As the Programs Director at Allstate's Interpreneurs At Allstate Board, Benjamin managed and led the development of innovative programs that allowed Allstate to stay ahead of the curve in an ever-changing industry. Prior to that, he was the Lead Experience Designer, Innovation And Future Customer Experience at Allstate, where he played a key role in transforming the company's customer experience. In addition, he also served as the Lead Experience Designer, Product Transformation and Lead Digital Developer And Designer, In-House Creative Agency at Allstate.
