He has a diverse background, having worked in non-profit organizations, for-profit consulting firms, and with donors/clients, showcasing a broad perspective in the field.

Benjamin excels in strategy development, leadership, and driving profitable growth as part of executive management teams.

His hands-on field experience spans more than 30 developing countries, with extended stays in Niger, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Romania, and South Africa.
