Benjamin Dell

Benjamin D. Dell, Esq., is a highly motivated personal injury trial attorney with an extensive educational background in law.

Benjamin pursued his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Torts and Legal Research at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Additionally, he completed the LEAP Program in Legal Research and Advanced Professional Studies at the same institution.

Prior to his J.D., Benjamin studied Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Pre-Law Studies and Political Science at the University of Rhode Island, where he achieved Dean's List honors in the fall of 2016. He also undertook legal education at Nassau Community College and completed his high school education at Schreiber HS with an Honors/Regents High School diploma.

Benjamin D. Dell currently serves as a Trial Attorney at Dell & Dean, PLLC. He has gained valuable experience through various roles, including being a Legal Intern at Suffolk County District Court, a Judicial Extern at Eastern District Of New York Federal Court House, a Deposition Analyst at Dell & Dean, PLLC, and a Settlement Department Intern at the same firm. Additionally, Benjamin has served as a Communications Teachers Assistant at the University of Rhode Island and undertook a Legal Internship role at Dell & Dean, PLLC.
