Ben Wener

Ben Wener is a professional with a rich background in digital operations, digital ethnography, and online research.

Having joined Flamingo in 2010, Ben has been instrumental in the development of online tools and digital ethnographic approaches to analyze people's engagement with content across social platforms and devices.

As the Head of Digital Operations at Flamingo, Ben leads a team dedicated to using ethnographic, digital, mobile, and wearable technologies to gather insights on people's stories, behaviors, and experiences to help brands make informed decisions.

In addition to his role in digital operations, Ben oversees the Account Direction Team at Flamingo, ensuring timely and within-budget project completion while maintaining ISO certification and advising on GDPR processes.

Ben's expertise spans across various sectors such as technology, media, and entertainment.

He holds a BA Honors in Design, New Media, and Interaction Design, Software Systems from the University of Hertfordshire.

Prior to his current position, Ben has held roles including Head of Digital Operations, Digital Operations Manager, Project Director - Digital, and Senior Research Manager at Flamingo, as well as Senior Research Manager at OTX Europe.
