Director Of International Development

Roles include sales, new business development, national account management and business marketing activity. These roles are in addition to previous roles.

Responsible for: 
   - New business sales generation both nationally and internationally
   - Account management to NHS Trusts, Private hospitals and private hospital groups throughout the UK and Ireland and deal with an number of international interests.

International Business Development & National Account Manager

 - Responsible for managing key national corporate contracts with a number of large private hospital groups and NHS groups. 
 - Roles included engaging all levels of hospital staff 
 - Delivering strategic partnerships for the long-term benefit of the company and customers 
 - Negotiating and creating contracts to win and maintain business

 - Project managing and supervising all marketing processes for EIDO including teams of designers, copywriters and developers

 - Managing the process of translating all technial content into wide range of foreign languages

Animations
 - Working alongside all stakeholders in animation process from animation company to international surgeon reviewers to deliver high quality surgical animations
 - Managing delivery timeframes

National Account Manager

Managed a portfolio of NHS hospital customers and private hospital.

Roles included:
Manage all aspects of the client relationship - from staff training on products to ensuring renewals with key contacts
Identify new sales opportunities within current customer base - up-selling and cross-selling
Establish budgets with the client and company

I believe in the products we sell becuase they help hospitals, hospital staff and patients both in the NHS and Private sector of the Acute Surgery markets. This belief in our products coupled with strong product knowledge enable me to provide high quality customer care to all customers, new and old.
