Ben Spencer Jones is a seasoned leader with 7 years of management experience in demanding environments. His strengths lie in motivation, analysis, and communication, honed through interactions with global diplomatic and military figures. Ben holds a PgCert in Leadership and Conflict Studies from Cranfield University, an MSc in Leadership, Strategy, and International Relations from Henley Business School, and a BSc in Medical Science from Imperial College London.
