Ben Smith is a seasoned consultant, product lead, and founder with extensive experience in taking new products, businesses, and ventures from opportunity through to launch. He boasts of being part of the founding team of three technology start-ups and has a strong record of successfully delivering agency and consultancy clients through the lifecycle, from concept development to international business transformations. With deep industry experience in banking, finance, and automotive, Ben has worked across multiple sectors throughout his career. He studied Management Science, Business, Management, Information Systems, and Statistics at Loughborough University.

Ben has worked with renowned organizations like Auto Trader UK, 11FS, Mettle, Hellocar, Adaptive Lab, Thought Machine, Fjord, and Accenture. As the Consumer Product Lead at Auto Trader UK, he was responsible for the development and launch of new products on a national scale. He also served as a Former Senior Consultant at 11FS where he directed consultancy engagements end-to-end. Additionally, Ben served as the Business Design Lead at Fjord, where he was responsible for driving the agency's strategic consulting offering.
