Ben Sagi is a highly experienced materials engineer who has worked in various positions in the medical device industry. He has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from Bar Ilan University and a Master of Science (MSc) in Materials Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Before starting his career in the medical device industry, Ben Sagi worked as a Project Engineer and Researcher at the Israel Defense Forces, where he gained extensive experience in project management and research. From there he moved into the private sector, joining Medinol as a Research Engineer before progressing through the ranks to eventually become the R&D Innovation Leader for the company. At Medinol, Ben Sagi led teams of engineers responsible for developing new catheter technologies, including coronary catheter technologies.
