Ben Reiss

Ben Reiss is an accomplished professional dedicated to advancing the Sustainability agenda and fostering positive impacts on society and businesses through strategic collaboration, notably with Microsoft.

He holds an MBA in Multichannel Trade Management from Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg (HAW Hamburg) and a B.Sc. in Textile and Clothing Management from Hochschule Niederrhein.

Ben Reiss has a rich professional background with notable roles at leading organizations such as KPMG US and KPMG Germany, where he led initiatives in sustainability, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, and value chain transformations.

His expertise extends to areas such as ESG & Sustainability Transformation, Value Chain Transformation, Digital Business Services, and Business Development.

Previously, Ben served in various capacities, including Co-lead of Microsoft Sustainability GTM at KPMG US, Manager ESG Hub US, Head of EMEA ESG Task Force at KPMG Germany, and pursued roles in consulting and key account management at EY and Secucloud.

Ben Reiss also brings experience in disruptive technology and startup ecosystems, having worked as an Administrator and Ambassador at a Startup Hub.
