Ben Purkert

Ben Purkert is a writer and branding expert with a passion for words. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Harvard University and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from New York University. Ben has published his work in several literary magazines, including The New Yorker, Poetry, and Kenyon Review. He is also the author of the poetry collection FOR THE LOVE OF ENDINGS, which was published by Four Way Books in 2018.

Besides his work in literature, Ben has over a decade of experience as a branding expert, specializing in messaging, tone of voice, brand strategy, and taglines. He has built a career developing these elements for global companies and nonprofit organizations such as IBM, Motorola, AT&T, City Harvest, and Thomson Reuters.

Additionally, Ben has experience teaching creative writing at universities such as Rutgers and New York University. He currently works as a Senior Writer and Strategy Director at Clarke Design.
