David Silverberg
David Silverberg is a versatile storyteller with a wealth of experience in writing, editing, performing, and teaching. As a freelance writer, he has contributed articles to prestigious publications like The Washington Post, BBC News, and Vice. In addition to writing web copy, ad copy, and social media posts for brands, he has published a poetry collection and an anthology of spoken word performances. He is also the founder of Toronto Poetry Slam, a popular event showcasing poets from all over the world.
David's creativity extends beyond writing. He is a skilled solo performer who has toured with his show Jeqniue, and he is currently working on a new show about mental illness. He has also brought his artistry to classrooms across Ontario as an arts educator.
Throughout his career, David has honed his skills as an editor, working for publications like B2Bnn, /newsrooms, and Digital Journal, Inc. His passion for storytelling in all its forms is palpable, and his dedication to the craft is evident in everything he does.
