Promoted as the sole individual covering the North American region. Therefore, I am responsible for all things related to free trials in progress, related marketing campaigns, lead generation, and working through different avenues to troubleshoot various technical issues for prospects and customers with the Sumo Logic product, upgrades, deployment, education, and enablement. Serving the entire North & South American geos, I interact with a number of different teams on a daily basis - sales, finance, operations, partnerships, digital marketing, product growth/development, engineering, customer success, etc.

Joined new team in Jan. 2021 and have primarily provided technical guidance to individuals who begin Sumo Logic trials through onboarding, troubleshooting, and consultation. Helping prospects & customers with integrating logs, metrics and traces into the platform, setting up syslog servers to bring in data from network devices, running CloudFormation & Terraform scripts to bring in data from cloud sources. Reporting directly to the Director of Product and constantly working with the Marketing, Product Growth, Customer Support and GTM organization for various objectives. •Conducted pre-examination testing, special testing, and post-operative care on patients of all ages in busy ophthalmology office.
