His career includes leadership roles such as Chief Technology Officer, Senior Director, Technical Solutions, Director, Technical Solutions, Principal Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager at Ad Hoc LLC.

Ben also held positions as a Senior User Experience Designer at Ad Hoc LLC, Chief Design Officer at Roadmap, and Adjunct Professor at Towson University and Maryland Institute College of Art.

His entrepreneurial spirit led him to start Make Things Studio™, LLC, demonstrating his expertise in leading and managing his creative ventures.
