Alexandra Mack

Alexandra Mack is an experienced research professional currently serving as the Director of Research at Ad Hoc LLC.1 She has a diverse background in anthropology, archaeology, and user experience research.

Mack's career at Ad Hoc LLC began in August 2018 as a Senior Researcher, progressing through roles including Principal Researcher and UX Lead, Managing Principal Researcher, and Interim Director of Research before assuming her current position as Director of Research in September 2022.1

In her role at Ad Hoc LLC, Mack leads the Experience Practice in both the Federal Health and Federal Civilian Business Units, focusing on improving digital service delivery across various government programs. Her responsibilities include managing research practitioners, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing strategies for growth and practice structure.1

Prior to joining Ad Hoc LLC, Mack held significant positions at Pitney Bowes, including Senior Fellow and Research Fellow in the Strategic Technology and Innovation Center. Her work there involved transforming customer experiences, establishing user research practices, and leading innovation activities.1
