Ben Kidston is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in law. He obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science (Biotech) and Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology in 1999. Ben began his legal career by serving as a solicitor where he specialized in commercial litigation across Brisbane and Sydney. He later transitioned to private practice and was called to the Queensland Bar in 2004, enabling him to practice before the High Court. Since 2016, Ben has served as a sessional member of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal. He is well-versed in handling various legal proceedings at different court levels, tribunals, mediations, and commercial arbitrations, particularly focusing on commercial law and serving as a specialist adjudicator in body corporate disputes.
