Raphael Hudson

Raphael Hudson is a seasoned legal professional with a diverse background in litigation, public and private law, and appellate work.

With 11 years of experience at the NSW Crown Solicitor's Office, Raphael has extensive expertise in areas such as common law litigation, administrative law, commercial law, constitutional law, and more.

His practice involved handling matters at various courts and tribunals, including the High Court, Federal Court, Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the Family Court of Australia.

Raphael also has a strong foundation in equity and appellate work, thanks to his prior roles as a Tipstaff at the NSW Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of NSW.

He holds a LLB/BA in Law and Philosophy from The University of Queensland and has been associated with prestigious organizations like Frederick Jordan Chambers and the NSW Crown Solicitor's Office.
