Ben Jacklet is a highly experienced entrepreneur, renewable energy consultant, editor, and publisher, with a background spanning over 30 years. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability and an MBA - both from Portland State University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Virginia.

Ben's career has been very diverse and spans across various sectors. He is a co-founder and former editor and publisher of Shred Hood, a digital media website dedicated to the skiing and snowboarding community in Oregon. He is also a former staff writer at Portland Business Journal, Oregon Business Magazine, Portland Tribune, and The Stranger. Ben has also worked as a commercial fisherman at Far West Fisheries and staff writer/sports editor at The Altamont Enterprise.

Ben Jacklet's passion for renewable energy led him to become a Solar Energy Consultant at Blue Raven Solar, where he provides innovative and sustainable energy solutions to clients.
