Ben Hong

Ben Hong is an experienced VA Conversation Designer and Technical Writer with a diverse background. He has designed chatbot conversations and procedural and software documentation for a range of companies including Wysdom.AI, Ada Inc, and Intuit. Ben's expertise lies in Microsoft Office, FrameMaker, Flare, InDesign, and Acrobat, enabling him to produce high-quality media and communications materials. He holds a Graduate Certificate of Technical Communication from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of New Brunswick. Prior to his work in technical communication, Ben was an apprentice electrician and has experience in various electrical firms.
