Ben Francis, a versatile technical professional, has built an impressive career by taking on a variety of challenging roles. Currently serving as the Technical Director at Alliance for a Better Minnesota, Ben is responsible for managing and developing all of ABM's technical assets, thereby fulfilling his duties as a full-stack web developer. A graduate of Grinnell High School and Macalester College, where he studied Applied Mathematics and Statistics, Ben has been involved in software development, testing, and data analysis projects.

Over the years, he has networked with notable companies such as Progress Now, Larp House, and Bezzotech, where he served as the Deputy Tech Director, Technical Architect, and Application Consultant, respectively. Ben also served as Sustainability Data Analyst at Macalester College, highlighting his interest in data analysis, which enabled him to apply his technical proficiency in improving the environment, plus he worked as a lifeguard at City of Grinnell. His adaptability and range of skills have made him an asset in any technical role where he's required to perform.
