Andrew Neary is the Customer Insight Director for Consumer Brands at Dow Jones, a position he has held since April 2023. In this role, he leads the Customer Insight function for prominent Dow Jones brands such as the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Investor's Business Daily (IBD), and MarketWatch. His responsibilities include developing comprehensive research roadmaps, managing internal and external research projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organization.12
Neary has over a decade of experience in customer intelligence and market research. Before his current role, he served as the Customer Intelligence Director at Dow Jones from February 2017 to April 2023, where he was instrumental in driving customer-led initiatives and managing research budgets. His previous roles include positions at News UK as a Lead Insight Planner and at Mintel as a European Retail Analyst.3
He holds a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Business Studies and French from Bournemouth University, which complements his extensive background in analytics, project management, and consumer insights. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys traveling, watching films, and supporting Arsenal Football Club.1
