Ben Chase

Ben Chase is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning over 20 years, dedicated to solving pressing global and societal challenges. Over the past 12 years, Ben has specialized as an innovation and strategy consultant, engaging with various sectors including businesses, nonprofits, governments, and philanthropies. Prior to this, he contributed to climate and sustainability policy in the NYC Mayor's Office and acquired valuable leadership and operational skills during his tenure as an officer in the US Marine Corps. Ben is a sought-after speaker on innovation in social impact at prestigious events such as SXSW, Social Innovation Summit, and Prosperity Summit. In addition to his professional endeavors, Ben showcases his creativity as a New Yorker cartoonist and humor writer.

Ben Chase holds a diverse educational background, including an MBA with concentrations in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Global Business from NYU Stern School of Business, an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design - The New School, and a BA from Northwestern University.

Throughout his career, Ben has held key roles in prominent organizations, serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at IDEO.org, the Senior Strategy Director at Purpose, and a Policy Advisor at the New York City Mayor's Office of Long-Term Planning and Sustainability under Mayor Mike Bloomberg.
