Ben Byeon is a highly motivated and hardworking IT professional with 2 years of experience as an IT support officer. Recently completed a Diploma of Information Technology at Central TAFE, with a focus on network skills and knowledge.

Possesses general hardware troubleshooting skills, desktop computer maintenance skills, proficiency in Windows Server 2008 & 2012, experience with Cisco routers & switches (including STP, VLAN control), and knowledge of virtualization and business networks.

Achievements include building network systems using VMware vSphere, setting up domain controllers, managing active directory, implementing group policies, configuring exchange servers, samba, and web servers for Linux.
